DELIVERY POLICY

Norwegian orders will be shipped using Posten or PostNord and the tracking number will be sent by email. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days

International deliveries will be shipped with a courier. You will receive a tracking number by email. Typical delivery time is 5-17 business days depending on the location.

Please note: We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX

Please note that the shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

 

BJØRNE GIFT WRAPPING

All our products come beautifully packaged in a branded gift box, complete with a protective care bag for your scarf or bag. If you would like to order multiple items without gift wrapping or have several items wrapped together in one box, please contact us at hello@www.bjorneofnorway.com.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return your item if you change your mind. Please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

If an item is received faulty, please contact us as soon as you receive your item, with photos and description of the fault.

  1. To return or exchange an item, please email us on hello@www.bjorneofnorway.com stating your name, order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the exact address to ship to. Please note the address is in Norway and you must cover the cost of tracked return yourself.
  2. We conduct a thorough quality check on every product before carefully packaging it in our signature branded gift box. But if an item has been received with any fault or damage from transportation please contact us immediately with photos/videos.
  3.  All items must be sent back in the original packaging in the same condition as you received it, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached. Should any item(s) not be in perfect condition upon receipt we can not accept them.
  4. We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office or by courier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. BJØRNE of Norway will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.
  5. BJØRNE of Norway does not cover the cost of returns (unless stated otherwise). To do this we would have to increase the price of our products and we don’t want to cost you more money by doing this.

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.

Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time, The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority can be reached at telephone number +47 23 400 600 or via www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission’s complaint portal can also be used if you wish to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
