GIFT-WRAPPING
We offer beautifully branded boxes as part of our gift-wrapping service for a small cost.

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY
We deliver all UK orders First Class, signed for delivery service.We will aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please note that if you are shipping to the Highlands, British Isles or Northern Island, delivery will take 4-5 working days.

If no one is available to sign for delivery, your order will be returned to your local post office for collection or redelivery.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY £10.00
We also offer a delivery service to any address in Europe, which costs £10 per order and can take up to a week (in some cases longer) to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY £25.00
We also ship parcels to most addresses outside Europe which can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

RETURNS POLICY

How do I return my order?

  1. All items must be returned within 30 days, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the item in all original boxes and packaging. Should any item(s) not be in perfect condition upon receipt BJORNE of Norway Ltd will not accept them.
  2. To return or exchange an item, please email us on hello@bjorneofnorway.com stating your name, order number and reason for return before you return the goods to the address below:

  3. We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. BJORNE of Norway Ltd will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items.
  4. BJORNE of Norway Ltd does not cover the cost of returns (unless stated otherwise). To do this we would have to increase the price of our products and we don’t want to cost you more money by doing this.

 

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.

Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value we may require some of your card details again. Alternative products can be exchanged according to our stock availability. If we do not have the desired replacement you will receive a full refund and an email confirming this.

If you choose to cancel an order which has not yet been shipped, please call 07815205753. Please ensure you have your order number to hand before calling. Once we have received your request, we will process your cancellation as long as the item has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

Sale and Discounted Items
Items on sale or discontinued items can only be returned within 7 working days starting the day after delivery to you.

Suspected Faulty Goods
In the rare and unfortunate event of your BJORNE of Norway item being faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us to discuss your options. For UK customers, please return any suspected faulty items via either Royal Mail Recorded, Signed For or Special Delivery. On further inspection, in the event that your goods are deemed faulty we will reimburse your return postage fee up to the value of £7.00, back onto your card.

For goods sent back to us via any other methods, whereby we accept responsibility for the postage fees, we will still only be able to reimburse up to the value of £7.00. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following:
Each piece is woven from natural fibers and some variations in weave and texture are characteristics of the fabric. The scarves have been hand crafted in its finishing process, this means slight irregularities in print and fabric might occur. Please handle with love and care.
